Description

Apparently Ubuntu Online Accounts isn't available on Xubuntu, causing the UOA-supported publishers not to be available: http://askubuntu.com/questions/215249/xubuntu-upload-photos-to-facebook-or-picasa-via-shotwell

This has been ticketed on Launchpad at https://bugs.launchpad.net/shotwell/+bug/1078642 It appears to be a packaging problem that Ubuntu will fix.
